Helloooo! It has finally arrived! My final project for third year! I say final, I do have two other small projects in the next few months but this is the big one! It is very similar to what I had to in the first pre-production but this time I really have to push myself!!! After a few ideas and developing some stories I could possibly do I think i finally have one Im excited to do. In a nut shell (still need to develop a bit) it is about...
....a man’s day to day life. He works as a zoologist teacher in a University, and everything is pretty normal…Well except the fact that he uncontrollably turns in to random animals. The short film will show his daily routine, from getting up and changed in the morning to him teaching. He finally hits rock bottom when he turns to up a date as and turns in to a pig and the woman runs off. He then goes home and tries to shoot himself but there is just one problem, he has trotters.
The rough idea I had about how the story could go is following 7 days of his week so it would start day 1 (sunday), blah blah blah. We'll see him as a human then how being an animal is such a pain.
Day 1, Sunday night: Man puts a note on the fridge, Date with Wendy saturday! Man goes to sleep just fine.
Day 2 : Wakes up hanging on the roof as a bat, not too bad.
Day 3 : Wakes up normal, puts his work clothes on, turns in to a rhino, rips all his clothes. bit worse
Day 4: Driving in to work then turns into a giraffe, neck out the window, car is ruined. worse again!
Day 5: He has to take the tube but he's an elephant with only a small space left on the tube.
Day 6: He's teaching his class, then turns into a lion, ends up eating his student. Much worse!
Day 7: Things are finally looking up as he has a date, half way through the date he turns into a pig, girl goes off running!...Hits rock bottom, goes home, finds a gun and tries to shoot himself but cant pick it up. The End.
